A former West Monroe High School teacher, suspect Tatum Hatch, is facing serious charges upon being arrested on January 3, 2024. According to documents, the teacher allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a minor that happened throughout the past year. Proof of the alleged explicit connection between the student and teacher was found in Instagram messages. The Ouachita Parish teacher was placed on administrative leave and later resigned from her teaching position. The suspect was arrested and charged with computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
