An allegedly unfortunate horror soured the start of summer at an apartment complex and community after witnesses shared stories of a 24-year-old mother pushing her children out of her apartment window then jumping out herself. Dejhanay Jarrell was the identified mom who first dropped her infant baby, then her 2-year-old son, out of the window. She was also seen naked, jumping from the 2nd-floor apartment herself.
