Monroe Regional Black Chamber of Commerce always promotes black business and were at Legends Plaza, a food truck park at South 7th Street and Texas Avenue in Monroe, LA. Monroe Regional Black Chamber President Kenya Roberson and Vice President Herb Guillory were present for the festivities celebrating Juneteenth.
