Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

A Masquerade Mardi Gras Ball was held Saturday, February 18, 2023 hosted by Lil C. J. Rock and Doughboy at the Monroe Civic Center. DJ Russ B handled the ones & twos keeping the festivities exciting all night long. The ladies were glamorous, dressed in ball gowns, and the brothers came correct in formal attire.
