Man of Valor

Mr. Ernest C. Johnson Sr. has been an active deacon at King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church in Monroe, LA, for 60-plus years. He's truly dedicated to his church family and the role of Chairman of the Deacon Board. On July 24, 2022, he was honored for his faithfulness and dedication to the call of deaconship by our Lord and Savior and his church. Mr. Johnson was honored as a man of valor, a true man of God, a dad, a grandpa, a widower, an uncle, and a devoted deacon. Despite the titles, he knew they would never make the man. Being true to oneself and others makes us who we are.
