The Family of Prominent Pastor, Dr. Lawrence R. Martin Sr. thanks each of you for the love, support, and prayers shown during his time of transition Monday March 7, 2022. Dr. Martin completed his Earthly transition this evening surrounded by family. We ask that you continue to pray for the family during this time. Pastor Martin diligently served as Senior Pastor of Trenton Baptist Church of West Monroe, LA for 47 years. Please keep his Church Family in your prayers. Dr. Martin also served as Provost of The United Theological Seminary. As a Civil Rights Leader, he selflessly fought for equal rights of all people; being the only Leader from Ouachita Parish to march alongside Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr in Atlanta, GA.We will keep you updated as we move through the process of honoring this Great Man of God who dedicated his life to serving others.
