Frances Towers Residents' Complaints

Residents of the Francis Tower community, located in downtown Monroe, have reached out to The Monroe Dispatch in the hope that their lone cries for help will be heard by those in the city who can make life a little easier for them. Many residents have lived in the building for years, while others have only been there for a short time.
