Mrs. Iola Joyceline Fogel, of Highland, California, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2021 at the age of 83. A 42-year resident of the Inland Empire, Iola was the much-adored wife to the late SMSgt Edward I. Fogel, USAF Retired, who departed this earth on March 6, 1999. Born on August 18, 1938 in Delhi, Louisiana, Iola was a scholar in high school and was Valedictorian of Little Flower Catholic High School.
