On Tuesday, December 29, 2020 Robert Cherry officially received his new title on the steps of Monroe's City Hall. Monroe City Marshal Robert Cherry, his chief deputy, and city marshals were sworn in by Judge Alvin Sharp and Retired Judge Elvis Stout before family and friends.
