Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal and not lovers of good. According to police reports Suspect, Kemonica Rodgers was at her residence where she resides with her mother, picked up a claw hammer, standing over her mother, threatening with the hammer raised ready to strike. The mother was terrified thinking she would be struck with the hammer. Upon arrival police placed the suspect under arrest when she refused commands to put her hands behind her back. The suspect was tased as she pulled away from police. After being tased, the suspect complied and was arrested for aggravated assault and resisting an officer. It was unclear what provoked the suspect to attempt to strike her mother with a hammer. There are three sides to every story. This was one side of this story.
