Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

On U. S. Highway 165 South in Monroe LA at night, walking pesdestrians are at the mercy of drivers due to the extreme darkness of the stretch of road from Winnsboro Road to Richwood High School. It's been a hazard and until the lights are placed on this section of the Highway numerous more lives will be lost. State Officials have been scrambling to addresses this issue while the need was the previous lives which have already been lost.
