Starlight Baptist Church in Swartz, LA gathered for it's 9th Annual Appreciation Celebration for Dr. & First Lady Rory L. Bedford, Sunday March 15, 2020. Special guest was Rev. Kenneth Sapp, Moderator of the New Hope Baptist Association and Pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Ruston(Clay), LA. There were prayers, tributes, accolades, and presentations, adorning the pastor and first lady with love. Pastor Sapp spoke from the subject, "Just passing by, but making a difference!"
