Throughout her life, Viola demonstrated unwavering dedication and active participation in church, starting at an early age. Her journey took her to Milwaukee WS and Champaign IL. She retired from the Danville Correctional Center in Danville IL, where she served as a correctional officer supervisor in the facility's cafeteria utilizing her culinary degree which displayed her culinary talents and skills.
