Bait Gun Tracker Conviction

United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown announced that Nocalm Robinson, 32, of Monroe, LA, has been sentenced to 60 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for illegally possessing firearms. United States District Judge David C. Joseph sentenced Robinson, who was indicted in March 2024 on charges of being a felon in possession of firearms. The charge stemmed from an investigation into a burglary that occurred on December 4, 2023, in East Whelen, AR. During the burglary, suspects stole a safe containing a "bait gun" equipped with a tracking device.
