Smoker's Express Shooting

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office (OPSO) has captured one of the alleged shooters involved in a shooting in the Swartz area. According to the Sheriff's Office, on September 28, 2024, deputies responded to an area near Smoker's Express located on Hwy 139 in reference to the shooting. No injuries were reported.
