School Zone Gun Threat

Disclaimer: All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Two males who were allegedly armed at a school function were arrested. According to Monroe Police, officers were present at the Carroll High School Homecoming parade and block party held on September 19, 2024. Officers reported that one of the suspects, later identified as 25-year-old Keyshawn Lenard, was observed walking eastbound on Renwick St. when a handgun was allegedly seen in Lenard's front pocket.
