Campaign Year Bad Look for Nation

For the second time in two months, Secret Service agents have had to intervene in an incident to protect the life of Donald Trump. The latest incident occurred Sunday (Sept. 15, 2024) at Trump's Florida Golf Course where an armed white male allegedly pointed an AK-style weapon where Trump was golfing. Quick action by federal agents who were protecting Trump prevented what may have been an assassination's attempt, as shots were fired at the individual.
