Fatal Hit-in-Run

Disclaimer: All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. A Texas man is under arrest for his alleged involvement in a hit-and-run incident in Monroe LA. Law enforcement authorities from the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office said that the accident that resulted in a fatality occurred on Friday August 1, 2024 on Sterlington Road. Officials said that 28-year-old Billterrious Lewis allegedly crashed his vehicle into the victim while he was crossing Sterlington Road.
