Tax Repeal Vote Looms

There seems to be a consensus in the community that the current Monroe City Council "is on to something." It's only been two meetings in the new term, and judging from the comments from citizens at the last meeting, it appears that the voters in Districts 3, 4, and 5 like what they are seeing. And that, they say, is good for progress.
