Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Ouachita Sheriff's Investigators are attempting to locate a runaway juvenile, Keara Thomas 16. Keara was last seen on February 11, 2024 in the Calhoun area. She is described as a Black female, 5'-5" tall, and weighing 140 lbs. She has tattoos on her throat, chest, and forearm. A clothing description is not available. She is known to frequent the Parkview Apartments area, numerous areas in the city of Monroe, Grambling State University, and possibly the Eros area in Jackson Parish.
