Woman Stabbed

A suspect in a stabbing incident, Keith Franklin, a man from Port Allen, LA, faces numerous charges for his alleged criminal activities. Monroe Police (MPD) had been actively seeking Franklin after he allegedly attacked a female victim in her vehicle.
