It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Robert Carter, an iconic figure in Monroe, LA, particularly at the Johnson Community Center. Mr. Carter served as an inspiration to countless boys and girls who frequented the community center. He played a pivotal role in transforming the careers of many athletes, motivating them to give their best. Beyond that, he served as a father figure not only to his own children but also to the thousands he encountered, guiding them in the right direction.
