Spiritual Harvest Ministries in Monroe recently celebrated their 18th Church Anniversary. Special guest speaker was Pastor Vernon Foy First Baptist Church in Rayville LA and St. Joe Baptist Church in Kelly LA. From the heart, what this church means to me was done by youth church members.
