Elizabeth Siggal Morgan 84, was born March 24, 1939 in Rayville LA to the late Benjamin Siggal Sr. and Viola Davison Siggal who preceded her in death. She was the seventh child of fifteen children, ten siblings preceded her in death (four brothers and six sisters). Elizabeth moved to Monroe LA at a very early age. In the late 90's she joined Springhill Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Jimmy R. spears, where she was a loyal and faithful member.
