Mrs. Frances W. Jenkins was born on Sunday January 8, 1928 in Alto LA to Annie and Elbert Williams. One of seven children, Frances moved with her family to Monroe in 1940 when she was 12 years old. Frances was a hardworking housewife. She live her life will caring graciously for her family, friends, neighbors and Liberty Christian Center in Monroe LA where she was a longstanding member. Frances went home to be with the Lord on Friday September 29, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, father, mother, four brothers, five sisters and one daughter.
