The GateKeepers, City Wide Ushers of Greater Monroe celebrated their 91st Anniversary recently at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church in Monroe LA were Rev. John Russell ll is Pastor. For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. Ushers were honored while usher graduates Sister Roniya Carter and Brother Damion Jones were recognized as ushers of tomorrow. Brother C.D. Heckard guided the program while Rev. John Russell ll preached the roof off. City-Wide Ushers of Greater Monroe LA Leadership Sister Ernestine Woods is president while Sister Lucille Jones serves as Vice President.
