On the last holiday of the summer, Latoya Williams, 29, lost her life in a traffic crash. Law enforcement authorities said that on Saturday, September 2, 2023, around 1:00 AM, they responded to a traffic fatality on I-20 near Jackson Street in Monroe, LA.
