The Ouachita Parish Police Jury District D has changed a little every time the census lines are redrawn. The funny thing is that no matter the lines or times...I have always been in District D. I was born on Flynn Street in Monroe, LA, which used to be in District D. I was raised on Reddix Lane in south District D. I practice dentistry on Powell Street in east District D. And, when I decided to build–you got it-I looked north, south, east and west but found my perfect spot near my parents on Richwood Road #1 in south District D. Friends, I am a thoroughbred District D'er. I know what we want and what we need. Let me be your advocate. You will not regret your choice. I will fight for the district that I love.
