Willie Wilson was born to the late Ruthie Wilson on August 5, 1941. He graduated from Carroll High School in the class of 1959. He married Olivest Johnson Wilson (August 27, 1974). He graduated from Allan Hancock College (California) and attended ULM majoring in accounting. He was a veteran and served in the U.S. Air Force for twenty years (Computer Operator/Programmer). He was awarded several medals. Willie was preceded in death by Ruthie Wilson (mother), Ella Harris (Grandmother), Aunts: Josephine Baker and Travis Caldwell, Cousins: Dorothy Cleveland, Suzie Gray, Willie Adams, Willie Williams, Sheila Clemons, Chrianna Bell, other cousins and friends. Willie is survived by Olivest Johnson Wilson (wife 48 years), Malcolm Wilson (son), Bryanna Wilson (Granddaughter), Emma Joann Johnson and Sonja Johnson (Faithful sisters-in-law), General Johnson Jr. (Brother-in-law), Monica and Casper Anderson, Jr. (Neice/Nephew), Robert Jones (Brother-in-law), Gretchen Caldwell & Family (Cousin), Anna Pearl & Elijah Towers (Cousins), Cousins: Chonnie McKoy, Timothy Clemons, Shwana Ammons, and other relatives. Willie Lee Wilson, age 81, of Monroe, LA, passed away on July 12, 2023 in Monroe, LA. Graveside services were Wednesday July 26, 2023 at: Northeast Louisiana Veteran Cemetery 2413 Highway 425 Rayville, LA 71269
