William Riley Jr. (Pappy) departed this life on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at St Francis Medical Center. He was an entrepreneur and business owner of Wonderland Childcare and Development Center in Monroe, LA. William was a Carroll High School 1961 graduate. There William was an active student; he played football and participated in many activities with his class. He became a valued alumni committee member over the years for his help and commitment. He met and married his high school sweetheart, Ruthie M Hutchinson, the love of his life. They were married for 61 wonderful years until his death....
