“Forgive” sounds like a curse word to those who have been hurt or victimized. It brings an uncomfortable feeling to those who use unforgiveness as a shield. They don’t realize that unforgiveness is a false refuge. Hopefully, I can use this article to encourage a healthier view of forgiveness. It is so important that we forgive- especially if we want to be forgiven. Unforgiveness has no pros, but many cons. It holds us back. It keeps us in chains. It keeps us sick and bitter.
