Shooting Death

Disclaimer: All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Ouachita Sheriff's Deputies responded to a discharging firearms complaint on Chatham Drive in Monroe, LA, at 11:50 PM, July 9, 2023. One victim, Tito Ambers, was found dead at the scene from apparent gunshot wounds. A second victim was also found with gunshot wounds and is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.
