Charles Woodrow Ross was born in Ouachita Parish, LA on November 28, 1934 to the late Woodrow Ross and Christine Smith. He accepted Christ at an early age at Little Flower Catholic Church and attended Little Flower Academy in Monroe LA. where he achieved numerous accolades, graduated with honors and was the Salutatorian of his class in 1952.
