Rubby Nell Whitfield 38 years later graduated from Grambling State Umiversity with a Master's degree in Public Administration this spring of 2023. Whitfield received a bachelor's of science degree in December 1985. She is a single parent who put two children through college Attorney CeCe Whitfield and Real Estate Agent Rorre Whitfield. She has four grandchildren Rylee, Rorre Jr., Ryatt and Reheem. Whitfield has a promoting company, catering business and co owner of RoRo's Snowball #1 and #2 and a member of True Vine Baptist Church in Monroe LA. She is the daughter of Dorothy Etier.
