Danny Ray Tugler, 63, was the son of the late Mrs. Daisy Mae Tugler and Mr. Eliger Tugler Sr. Danny attended Wossman and Carroll High Schools and was a Carroll High School graduate. He also graduated from Delta Community College with an associate business degree. He worked in the farming industry and then later worked at Overhead Door.
