Danny Ray Tugler's Final Farewell

Danny Ray Tugler, 63, was the son of the late Mrs. Daisy Mae Tugler and Mr. Eliger Tugler Sr. Danny attended Wossman and Carroll High Schools and was a Carroll High School graduate. He also graduated from Delta Community College with an associate business degree. He worked in the farming industry and then later worked at Overhead Door. He was an avid sports fan, enjoying football and basketball, following in the footsteps of his oldest brother, Eliger "Monroe Slim" Tugler Jr., who he admired. One of his claims to fame was he could throw down on the domino table, holding his own with the best. Danny was also a great fisherman and would often bring home coolers of fish from his fishing adventures. Danny went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 22, 2023. Left to cherish his memories are his big brother Eliger "Monroe Slim" Tugler, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Funeral services are Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Time, visitation, and place of service will be announced from Miller Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.
