Carroll Lady Bulldog basketball players Emerald Parker and Pashawna Wheeler inked letters of intent to continue their basketball careers as student athletes on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the Jimmy Jones Gymnasium at Carroll High School in Monroe, LA.
