Just imagine being hated Just because of your dreams. Imagine being excluded because of favor. It's what happened to Joseph. He was hated by his own brothers. Hate drove them to throw him into a pit, after deciding not to kill him. From there, he was sold onto slavery. From there, he was placed in a palace, falsely accused, and then placed in prison. All of this, but the Word still says that Joseph was favored by God. Joseph eventually got out of prison and became ruler of Pharaoh’s entire household and blessed his family with provision, in their time of need. You may see that place you’re in right now, as a pit or even a prison, but the favor of God is taking you to great places, to sit honorably. Don’t give up because others have thrown you away. Don’t give up, because it’s dark where you are, and don’t give up because you feel imprisoned and stuck. God knows that the place you’re in, is only preparation for the promise, and perseverance for the purpose. The pit is just a stop; it’s not your destination. Keep going!
