A Monroe man is facing serious charges for his alleged involvement in taking a female against her will and taking her to his apartment, allegedly forcing her to perform explicit acts on him. Enderrell Hawkins, 38, is accused of allegedly taking a female victim by force from West Monroe to his apartment on Ferrand Street in Monroe.
