Carroll's Big Season

This reporter had a conversation with Tommy Ballard the other day and naturally, the subject of Carroll High School in Monroe LA came across his thoughts. I mentioned the recent high school basketball tournament for the state's high schools as they battled for championship supremacy. Ballard who is a member of the Carroll Bulldogs Booster Club "bleeds Blue and Gold", reflected back on the season of the boy's/girls' basketball teams, and said that the community was proud of what they accomplished.
