Monroe Housing Authority's Youth Empowerment Youth Black History Program, "From Believers to Achievers" was held Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Henrietta Johnson Community Center in Monroe, LA. Event honorees included Eugene Whitney, Judge Fred Jones, Alberta Wilson, and Wossman principal, Dr. Harrington Watson III. Charles Jones, Harrington Watson Jr., Senior Manager Jason Stewart and Jojo Jones were also pictured.
