A City that Thrives....

Without argument, anyone who knows anything about productivity in a city, would agree that a city cannot properly produce without the following: great vision, quality of life, satisfactory infrastructure, equity, environmental sustainability and unity. Anyone running a city, knows that social inclusion is a must. Though there will always be some who pull strings in government (because of status), they should never be allowed to do so to the point, that a city as a whole suffers, just to honor their agendas.
