When I am in pain, all strength is drained, and I have no relief in sight

I look to you, to see me through, and make everything all right.

When the Dr. has done his best, used all the medicine in his chest, there is a pill that I can take

That is prescribed for all believers, that will cool the hottest fever, and take the pain away.

I swallow your word like it is a pill, because I know that it will, bring calm to this raging sea

When the storms of life are raging, and this thorn is piercing me daily, your word is my relief.
