Fatal Shooting

According to police reports, on Monday night, November 7, 2022, police are investigating a shooting that claimed the life of Nathaniel Gregory Church, 33, of Collinston, LA. The victim was pronounced dead at a convenience store in Bastrop, LA. The victim and a female passenger both suffered gunshot wounds, but Church died. In another unrelated incident, a person was shot near Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. in Monroe, LA, on November 6, 2022, in the wee hours of the morning.
