Clara Dean Mathis Hall was born September 24, 1946, to the late Ella D. Mathis in Extension, LA. She was the youngest of four siblings. Her mother, sister (Tena Singleton) and nephew (Thomas Lemle) preceded her in death. She answered God's call to transition to her heavenly home on Friday, October 28, 2022, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. Clara spent her growing up years in Franklin Parish.
