West Ouachita rallied from behind to defeat Richwood by the score of 27-26 on September 16, 2022. The Chiefs remained undefeated at 3-0 and handed the Rams (2-1) their first loss of the season. West Ouachita Running Back Antonio Ford was named DownSouth Sports Most Valuable Player of the Game. Ford had 28 carries for 169 yards, ran the game-winning touchdown and two-point conversion with 2:03 minutes left in the game.
