Douzart Unopposed

Congratulations are in order for Dr. Bonita Newman Douzart, who has received three consecutive terms on the Caddo Parish School Board. Dr. Douzart represents District 5 in the city and was unopposed each term. She is thankful to God, the 19,000 constituents in the district, and all the citizens of Caddo Parish. Dr. Douzart was born and raised in Monroe, LA, and is now doing great things in Shreveport, LA.
