Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

On Saturday, August 27, 2022, the Bayou Black Open Rodeo presented by the Justa Cowboy Association was in the Monroe Civic Center Arena before a great crowd. There were fantastic rodeo feats and a performance featuring southern soul Blues singer Ms. Jody. Deborah Dean and Ray Hill were in attendance, turning heads along with many other cowboys and cowgirls decked out in their rodeo gear.
