On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, city of Monroe Officials, Carroll High School Administration, Carroll students, members of the community, and friends in attendance were a part of the Renwick St. Crosswalk dedication. First Baptist Church Pastor Tegitra Thomas prayed a blessing over the crosswalk, and Carroll students wrote messages on the bridge.
