Police discovered an alleged gruesome murder victim dead in a south Monroe home on Sunday, June 26, 2022. According to sources, police are still working on trying to figure out what happened to a Monroe man who was found cut to death at home near Wilson St. The victim was cut and very severely beaten. Neighbors are frightened after hearing of such a brutal crime days later. Residents in the community are trying to figure out how this happened and safety concerns for their neighborhood.
