Family members are upset over the treatment of an inmate housed at Ouachita Correctional Center (OCC) in Richwood, LA. The family of a local inmate believes Ouachita Correctional Center needs to be shut down or someone needs to step in before the facility begins to have lawsuits. One family member has a loved one in pod 5/6, and on certain shifts, guards are allegedly overly mean and inappropriate.
